For 17 years we had a Summer screen room and decided it was time to have something more permanent. For The difference in price between a 3 season and 4 season we decided on the 4 season. some glad we did! We installed infloor electric heat and a ductless heat pump. Whether it’s February snowstorm , April showers or the July heat, we enjoy our 4 season sunroom. It’s the best room in our house for relaxing and entertaining.

You were professional, suggestive and accomodating in our selection of a sun
room. Installation was professionally done and after installation support and follow up was excellent.

The sunroom is a welcome addition ta our heme. it is a Iovely place to have lunch, read, watch the birds and look at the stars in the evenings. It has an outdoors feeling and we are net bothered by mosquitoes. black flies in the summer.

Although it is a 2-3 seasons room, we are able he use it even in the winter on sunny days. requiring no supplementary heat and can actually provide heat to the house proper.

We have received many compliments can the sunroom and all the family loves to spend time there when they are visiting.

The sunroom has really enhanced our quality of life.

We have been enjoying it a lot for the past 6 years with friends and family. It is great to enjoy it even on a very cold day January sunny afternoon. In the winter time, the temperature can go up to 30 degrees even on a very cold day.

I just wanted to thank Bob Sinclair and all the wonderful team at All Season Sunrooms for making my dream come true with my new sunroom. I have worked with Bob over the years installing flooring in several sunrooms, so I knew the quality of the product. When it came time to make my dream a reality, there was only one call to make: Bob Sinclair of course! Best decision I ever made! Even I was blown away with the exceptional quality of each piece of material being installed in my sunroom (so were my neighbours!). They even brought a porta potty on site so the workers weren’t coming in my home. The installers really know what they’re doing and I now have a very sound, lovely sunroom that I enjoy everyday. Breakfast in the morning,  curling up to a good book, and entertaining friends and family. Everyone that comes into my sunroom marvels at the vaulted ceiling with the vast expanse of windows. Nature and all it’s beauty to be enjoyed everyday!

September of 2011, we purchased a Lifestyle Sunroom (Studio Style) and it was installed by All Season Sunrooms (Bob Sinclaire) of Berry Mills NB.

From our first meeting Bob was very helpful in explaining the sunroom to us and the requirements for a professional installation; we had looked at other sunrooms, however Bob’s professionalism convinced us to go with Lifestyle.

Bob also recommended that we install glass in the transon on the two sides and to use knee walls (half glass and half wall) on the three sides at the floor level for more light and appearance, which today we are very pleased on these two recommendations as it met both criterias light and appearance.

The installation was done very quickly and professionally as they looked after all the small details to create a sound sunroom.

We have gone through two winters with the sunroom and it has handled our snow loads with no problems (and we had major storms with heavy roof loads); I was very skeptical when I looked at the roof panels upon delivery but they insured me that the ceiling panels are well designed.

We use our sunroom from the middle of March till the middle of November and enjoy it immensely, we had a cottage previously and as we were getting up in age we decided perhaps a sun room was the way to go for our home in Moncton and we have no regrets what so ever as we can enjoy all day regardless of the elements outside, enjoy the cool breezes on a hot day and close the windows on a cool day and sit back and relax.

You build and excellent product and combined with a professional installer (Bob Sinclaire), we could have not made a better decision; we recommend it to all of our guests.

A four season sunroom is an amazing addition to our water-front main house.

It allows for us to enjoy the outdoors in the comfort of the indoors all year round.

Also it has become a multi-functional room from a relaxation area to a home office.

The All Seasons Sunroom has been an excellent addition to our cottage. The product has suited our needs and provided an excellent viewing for sunrises, the garden, and starlit nights along with the sounds of nature.

A place that is warm and bright where we spend most of our time to socialize and have our meals from early Spring to late Fall.

It is a must for every home and well worth the money.

Since that time we have really enjoyed the room from March to November and consider it our favorite room in the house.

Our four season sunroom was built in 2014 though we now realize we should have done this years ago.

Visitors marvel at the brightness and quality of the room.

We use the sunroom a lot even in the middle of winter on sunny days with no heat on. In fact the room saves on energy costs, as on sunny days we open the door to our house to let the heat in.

No blinds needed for the summer months. With the overhang off the house, a big tree and the windows open the room stays comfortable even on the hottest days and best of all no bugs to bother us.
